-> REGULI GENERALE <-
--------------------------

- ESTE STRICT INTERZIS FOLOSIREA BUNNYHOP-UL sau folosirea unui cfg pentru a prinde viteza cand sari de 2 ori!!!!! (ban permanent)

> Injuriile/jiginirile aduse staff-ului sunt sanctionate cu AVERTISMENT , urmat de gag / kick / ban (temporar/permanent).

-> Folosirea de cheat-uri, hack-uri sau orice fel de cod pe server este sanctionata cu BAN PERMANENT (valabil pentru toti).

->Limbajul vulgar sau abuzul comenzii SAY sunt sanctionate cu gag ( 3-5 minute ) , urmat de kick sau ,dupa caz , BAN (temporar).

-> Reclamele involuntare (bind-uri) catre alte servere, site-uri, forum-uri etc, sunt sanctionate cu GAG .

-> Reclamele voluntare (intentionate) vor fi sanctionate cu BAN TEMPORAR DE 30 DE MINUTE .

-> Comanda RETRY dupa GAG este sanctionata cu BAN 120 de minute.

-> Nick-ul dvs trebuie sa fie in primul rand DECENT si sa aiba minim 3 caractere .

-> Rebuy-ul este strict interzis.

-> Atat jucatorii cat si adminii nu au voie sa faca monitor

-> Jucatorii nu au voie sa foloseasca arma in prima runda dupa RESTARTUL automat. Daca folosesc , primesc SLAY !

-> Achizitia unui Grad VIP va permite utilizarea privilegiilor oferite de acesta , insa nu aveti voie sa va urcati pe harta / textura hartilor . Prima abatere se sanctioneaza cu avertisment verbal , a doua abatere cu suspendarea privilegiului de tip "double jump" pt 1 saptamana , abaterea nr 3 cu suspendarea privilegiului de tip "double jump" cu o luna , urmand ca abaterea nr 4 sa duca la suspendarea definitiva a privilegiului mentionat mai sus !

-> CT <-

-> Rush-ul este PERMIS in limita bunului simnt.

->CT au obligatia de a dezamorsa bomba in cazul in care aceasta a fost plantata.

-> TERO <-

-> Obiectivul principal este plantarea bombei.

-> In cazul in care bomba este pierduta, T au obligatia de a o ridica. In aceasta situatie camparea este INTERZISA.

-----------------------

-> REGULI ADMINI <-

-----------------------

-> Daca pe server sunt mai putini de 20 de playeri, indiferent de timpul ramas din harta, sunteti obligati sa schimbati in de_dust2, anuntand si playerii de aceasta schimbare cu un mesaj in hud.

-> Este interzis abuzul de acces. Veti fi sanctionati ca atare si, in functie de caz, puteti primi REMOVE.

-> Fiecare ban dat pe server trebuie trecut in Ban-List in ziua curenta aplicarii acestuia, alaturi de o dovada concreta DEMO. (IMPORTANT).

-> Demo-urile trebuie sa contina minim 3 runde (exceptie cazurile in care hack-ul este clar), in caz contrar veti fi sanctionati.

-> Aveti dreptul sa raspundeti primii la cererile unban care nu va sunt adresate pentru a permite rezolvarea acestora intr-un timp cat mai scurt posibil, asta in cazul in care aveti dovada pusa la dispozitie in Ban List-ul adminului in cauza.

-> La reclamatiile intre admini aveti dreptul sa raspundeti doar daca sunteti implicati in conflict.

-> La o reclamatie adusa unui admin de catre un player au dreptul sa raspunda:

-> Reclamantul, reclamatul si Detinatorului/Fondatorului server-ului.

-> Adminii au datoria de a pastra linistea pe server.

-> Obiectivul lor principal este de a asigura buna desfasurare a jocului, fiind atenti la codati.

-> Sunt INTERZISE comenzile intre admini, excepand urmatoarele comenzi: amx_spec, amx_exec nick amx_spectate.

-> In cazul in care veti bana alti admini, puteti sa primiti REMOVE.

-> Maririle se vor face in functie de activitatea dvs pe forum/server si PREZENTA PE TEAMSPEAK.

-> Un grad mai mare reprezinta modul nostru de a va multumi pentru timpul si munca depusa.

-> Nu se va cere up pe server/forum/teamspeak, cine cere up va fi sanctionat conform regulamentului.

-> La fiecare ban dat trebuie trecut motivul corespunzator (WALL/AIM/SPEED/LIMBAJ).

-> Cuvintele ofensatoare trecute la motivul ban-ului vor fi sanctionate.

-> Comenzile amx_bans/ amx_banip/amx_addban se folosesc numai in urmatoarele situatii:

-> Daca un jucator face reclama altui server/site/forum intentionat (cei care au bind-uri si fac fara vointa, le veti da gag pe parcursul hartii curente).

-> Daca jucatorul foloseste hack-uri (este obligatoriu sa aveti un demo ca dovada).

-> Celor cu un limbaj deranjant/licentios la adresa altor playeri sau staff-ului (atentie, inainte il avertizati cu gag, iar daca continua, ban).

-> Fiecare admin este rugat sa intre pe ts.leaguecs.ro canalul aka pentru o mai buna comunicare

-> Programul de noapte incepe la ora 02:00 dimineata si se termina la 10:00 ziua, in acest interval de timp se va juca doar harta : de_dust2

->In intervalul orar 00:00 - 02:00 , daca serverul este full , se pot juca harti clasice , precum : dust , inferno , nuke , train32 , kabul , westwood

-> Este setat by default restart din 30 in 30 de minute

-> Pentru a da restart hartilor curente, folositi comanda amx_restart 1, iar pentru a modifica timpul ramas din harta, folositi tot amx_timelimit 0 , schimband mp_timelimit in 0 sau 35, toti adminii avand acces la aceasta comanda. Cuvantul cheie este "AKATOP1"

-> ATENTIE , NU schimbati timpul harti daca sunt jucate mai mult de 22 de runde ! Dati mai intai folositi comanda amx_restart , dupa care modificati timpul

-> Incepand cu ora 00:00 noaptea pana la 11:00 - 12:00 dimineata nu dati kick AFK-urilor, veti fi sanctionati daca o faceti.

-> Nu aveti voie sa treceti peste actiunile unui Detinator/Fondator.

-> ESTE STRICT INTERZIS INFO PE TS SAU IN ALTE MODURI, BAN PERMANENT

-> FORUM <-

-> Sunteti obligati sa frecventati forum-ul zilnic, in special sectiunile dedicate cererilor unban/accese.

-> Trebuie sa aveti acelasi nickname atat pe forum cat si pe server, astfel evitadu-se confuziile in cadrul cererilor de unban/admin/slot.

-> In cazul unei cereri unban, inainte de a va da cu parerea, sunteti obligati sa descarcati demo-ul si sa-l vizionati.

-> Ca sa demonstrati ca ati vazut demo-ul, trebuie sa faceti un printscreen (poza) in timp ce vizionati demo-ul, prezentand acest ss alaturi de parerea dvs la cererea unban.

-> Neindeplinirea acestor conditii POATE duce la sanctiuni.

-> Cererile unban vor fi lasate deschise MINIM 12h de la deschiderea acesteia sau minim 5 reply-uri.

-> In cazul in care veti absenta o perioada mai mare de 5 zile, aveti datoria de a ne anunta printr-o cerere de absenta.

-> Adminii care nu sunt activi pe server/forum mai mult de 5 zile, fara sa anunte, vor fi sanctionati.

-> O inactivitate neanuntata mai lunga de 30 zile atrage cu sine REMOVE.


-> SANCTIUNI <-

-> Vor fi sanctionati cu remove adminii in cazul in care:

-> Nu au activitate pe server/forum.

-> Detin acces pe alte servere.

-> Vor fi sanctionati cu AVERTISMENT sau DOWNGRADE adminii in cazul in care:

-> Vor avea un limbaj trivial pe server.

-> Nu le vor explica playerilor regulile server-ului in caz ca acestia le-au incalcat.

-> Nu vor informa playerii la cererea acestora despre cum pot dona/cum pot primi admin/cum pot primi slot/cum pot lua legatura cu Detinatorul si Fondatorul server-ului.

-> Cei care nu-si vor ajuta colegii la indeplinirea atributiilor de admin pe server.

-> Cei care nu vor prezenta dovada la cereri unban si nici nu se va regasi dovada in Ban-List.

-> GENERAL RULES

--------------------------

- IT IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN TO USE THE BUNNYHOP or use a cfg to catch the speed when you jump 2 times!!!!! (permanent ban)

> Insults/insults to the staff are sanctioned with a WARNING, followed by a gag/kick/ban (temporary/permanent).

-> The use of cheats, hacks or any kind of code on the server is sanctioned with a PERMANENT BAN (valid for everyone).

->Vulgar language or abuse of the SAY command are sanctioned with a gag (3-5 minutes), followed by a kick or, as the case may be, a (temporary) BAN.

-> Involuntary advertisements (binds) to other servers, sites, forums, etc., are sanctioned with GAG.

-> Voluntary (intentional) advertisements will be sanctioned with a TEMPORARY BAN OF 30 MINUTES.

-> The RETRY command after GAG is sanctioned with a 120 minute ban.

-> Your nickname must first of all be DECENT and have at least 3 characters.

-> Rebuy is strictly prohibited.

-> Both players and admins are not allowed to monitor

-> Players are not allowed to use the weapon in the first round after the automatic RESTART. If I use it, I get SLAY!

-> The purchase of a VIP Degree allows you to use the privileges offered by it, but you are not allowed to climb the map / map texture. The first violation is sanctioned with a verbal warning, the second violation with the suspension of the "double jump" type privilege for 1 week, the violation no. 3 with the suspension of the "double jump" type privilege for one month, following that the violation no. 4 will lead to the definitive suspension of the privilege mentioned above!

-> CT <-

-> Rushing is ALLOWED within the limits of common sense.

-> CT have the obligation to defuse the bomb if it has been planted.


-> TERO <-

-> The main objective is to plant the bomb.

-> If the bomb is lost, T have the obligation to pick it up. In this situation, camping is PROHIBITED.

-> RULES ADMIN <-

-----------------------

-> If there are less than 20 players on the server, regardless of the time left on the map, you are obliged to change to de_dust2, notifying the players of this change with a message in the hud.

-> Access abuse is prohibited. You will be sanctioned as such and, depending on the case, you can receive REMOVE.

-> Each ban given on the server must be entered in the Ban-List on the current day of its application, together with a concrete DEMO proof. (IMPORTANT).

-> Demos must contain at least 3 rounds (except for cases where the hack is clear), otherwise you will be sanctioned.

-> You have the right to be the first to respond to unban requests that are not addressed to you in order to allow them to be resolved in the shortest possible time, if you have the proof available in the Ban List of the admin in question.

-> You have the right to respond to complaints between admins only if you are involved in the conflict.

-> To a complaint brought to an admin by a player, they have the right to respond:

-> The plaintiff, the defendant and the Owner/Founder of the server.

-> Admins have the duty to keep the server quiet.

-> Their main objective is to ensure the smooth development of the game, paying attention to the codes.

-> Commands between admins are FORBIDDEN, except for the following commands: amx_spec, amx_exec nick amx_spectate.

-> If you ban other admins, you can receive REMOVE.

-> Increases will be made depending on your activity on the forum/server and PRESENCE ON TEAMSPEAK.

-> A higher degree is our way of thanking you for your time and work.

-> There will be no requests for ups on the server/forum/teamspeak, those who request ups will be sanctioned according to the regulations.

-> The corresponding reason (WALL/AIM/SPEED/LANGUAGE) must be entered for each bank.

-> Offensive words used as the reason for the ban will be sanctioned.

-> The commands amx_bans/amx_banip/amx_addban are used only in the following situations:

-> If a player advertises another server/site/forum intentionally (those who have binds and do it unintentionally, you will gag them during the current map).

-> If the player uses hacks (it is mandatory to have a demo as proof).

-> Those with disturbing/licentious language towards other players or the staff (careful, warn him with a gag first, and if he continues, ban).

-> Every admin is asked to enter the aka channel on ts.leaguecs.ro for better communication

-> The night program starts at 02:00 in the morning and ends at 10:00 during the day, during this time period only the map will be played: de_dust2

-> In the time interval 00:00 - 02:00, if the server is full, you can play classic maps, such as: dust, inferno, nuke, train32, kabul, westwood

-> It is set by default to restart every 30 minutes

-> To restart the current maps, use the amx_restart 1 command, and to change the remaining time in the map, use amx_timelimit 0, changing mp_timelimit to 0 or 35, all admins having access to this command. The keyword is "AKATOP1"

-> ATTENTION, DO NOT change the map time if more than 22 rounds are played! First, use the amx_restart command, then change the time

-> Starting with 00:00 at night until 11:00 - 12:00 in the morning do not kick AFKs, you will be sanctioned if you do.

-> You are not allowed to override the actions of a Holder/Founder.

-> IT IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN INFO ON TS OR IN OTHER WAYS, PERMANENT BAN


-> FORUM <-

-> You are obliged to visit the forum daily, especially the sections dedicated to unban/access requests.

-> You must have the same nickname both on the forum and on the server, thus avoiding confusion in unban/admin/slot requests.

-> In the case of an unban request, before giving your opinion, you are obliged to download the demo and watch it.

-> To prove that you have seen the demo, you must take a printscreen (picture) while watching the demo, presenting this together with your opinion at the request of unban.

-> Failure to fulfill these conditions MAY lead to sanctions.

-> Unban requests will be left open for a MINIMUM of 12 hours after opening or at least 5 replies.

-> If you will be absent for a period longer than 5 days, you have the duty to notify us through an absence request.

-> Admins who are not active on the server/forum for more than 5 days, without announcing, will be sanctioned.

-> An unannounced inactivity longer than 30 days entails REMOVE.


-> SANCTIONS <-

-> They will be sanctioned by removing the admins if:

-> They have no activity on the server/forum.

-> I have access to other servers.

-> Admins will be sanctioned with WARNING or DOWNGRADE if:

-> They will have trivial language on the server.

-> They will not explain the server rules to the players in case they have violated them.

-> They will not inform the players at their request about how they can donate/how they can receive admin/how they can receive slots/how they can contact the Owner and Founder of the server.

-> Those who will not help their colleagues in fulfilling their admin duties on the server.

-> Those who will not present proof to unban requests and the proof will not be found in the Ban-List.
